An 18-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by an SUV on Friday night along Route 10 in Randolph, officials said.
Maria Lorena Orellana-Valverde was hit just before 9:15 p.m. by an eastbound SUV at the intersection of Route 10 and Center Grove Road, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Orellana-Valverde, of Randolph, died of her injuries at an area hospital.
